When it comes to The Law of Attraction, do you ever feel like the odd one out?  You just don't quite ‘get' it?

I have a confession to make…..I've watch my fair share of law of attraction videos on Youtube trying to work out what people are talking about and was still walking away with the same thing again and again – “if you think about it then it'll come to you” – What the??

Then this week at our first Women in Business breakfast hosted by The Connection Exchange, our fabulous speaker, Wealth mindset coach, Sabina Lawrence made it sound so simple that I couldn't believe I hadn't clocked it before now.

So here it is in plain and simple terms – you know when you're looking to buy a car or something else and once you decide to buy it you all of a sudden see if EVERYWHERE.  Somehow you've never noticed it before but now everyone has one.   The reason that you now see it everywhere is because that car – model, brand, colour is now in your realm of consciousness.  You've focused your attention on it and now you've noticed it everywhere.  The same goes for the things that you want in your life.  If you start to focus, declare and be aware of the things that you want you'll start to see them more and more around you.  It means that you'll see the opportunities that you may not have seen before and you'll be able to grasp them with two hands and seize the day or more so the opportunity you're now focused on.

So if you're looking to do something in your business, life or career that is new then put it on a vision board, write in your note book, build it into your business strategy and what you'll find is that your brain is now seeking out those opportunities for you embrace! exciting huh?
