Fleur Madden is a career entrepreneur with 20 years in business running 4 of her own companies and successfully exiting 3. She is an award-winning businesswoman, experienced CEO/Founder/ Board Director, recognized industry expert and women in business speaker who was recently recognized as being in the Top 25 Business Women in Queensland.

She is also the CEO and Founder of The Ginsburg Firm that coaches Female Founders to scale or sell their business, supporting them to make money on the way UP and OUT. She is on a mission to change the fact that women business owners are more likely to close their businesses than they are to sell. In 2024 Fleur sold women’s jobs site Freelancing Gems which helps women redefine their 9 to 5 by connecting them to their next meaningful part time, freelance, contract roles.

At our Magnetism and Money Retreat, I'm most looking forward to providing a supportive and positive environment for business women to be immersed in 36 hours of connecting, learning and growing.

We're not going to lie, we're both mama's and one of the things that we would LOVE to outsource is meal time!   So we knew when we were organising this retreat that we wanted you to feel the ease of not having to look after anyone else.  It's about us looking after you!

DAY ONE IS ABOUT SETTLING IN, CONNECTING AND ENJOYING OUR TIME TOGETHER. THE welcome session is a great time to relax and get to know each other

This is Your Retreat 

Hey lovely, we're genuinely so excited that you're investing in yourself, taking time out from the hustle and bustle of business and life to share this space and time with other incredible women.

 Just a very important note. This is your time to focus on what you need right now. If you need more time for self-care & sleep then take it. If you want to attend everything and be part of all the sessions, then great and if not that's 100% OKAY – the choice is yours.

 We want you to leave this retreat feeling nourished, rested, inspired and connected.

Note: the itinerary is flexible and subject to change. We love to have a fluid program so that if we're deep in discussion during a particular session and everyone wants to continue, we have that flexibility.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 3 weeks or later then there is no refund.

If for any reason you can't come then we will do everything we can to help you to sell your spot as it is transferable to another female business owner. 

We will have a waitlist and will try and replace your spot. If successful you will receive your deposit and any other monies paid in full.

You just need to bring yourself. If you want to bring your laptop to take notes you can but it's up to you. Notes books and pens will be provided.  We would recommend you bring comfortable clothes, no need to be fancy whilst you're relaxing. 


WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

Due to the nature of the retreat we are required to pay the venue based on confirmed numbers.  Please refer to the refund policy but to reiterate, if you cancel within 4 week of the retreat, there are no refunds. If you cancel before 19th Janaury 2025 then we will provide a refund. If you are able to find someone to replace you who is another woman in business then that would be great. We will have a waitlist and will obviously help you to try and find someone if by chance you are unable to come.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK AND THEN CAN'T COME?

Yes, for sure. Just let me know what you need and we'll ensure it's taken care of.


IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS WILL THEY BE CATERED FOR?

No, not at all. Sessions are there for you to come and go as you please. What I would say is that our retreat run so much better when people get involved and connect. That's what they are for. You to connect and spend time working on yourself within the context of your business. So the more you get involved the more you get out of the experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the recent retreat with Suz at the Summer House Torquay. We went away to write a book, and whilst not much book writing got done, I gained so much more than I expected from this experience.

I didn’t know any of the other ladies prior to Suz bringing us together in the lead up to the event, but there was an immediate sense of comfort once we all got together. I thoroughly enjoyed the few days away immersing in conversation with like-minded business owners, sharing our stories and supporting one another. Being in business can be lonely, I didn’t realise how much I craved this connection with others with similar ambitions (yet completely different fields) until this experience. It was the first business retreat I’ve been on and I went with an open mind, excited to cross the city lines, journey to the beach for a change of scenery and work on a new project for 2021.

Suz's Writers Retreat was fantastic. Even though we didn’t get much writing done *cough cough* it seemed that the Universe had whipped up a recipe for all of the ladies who had felt compelled to attend; one that would stimulate our minds, feed our souls and fill our hearts.

It ended up being a few days in which a group of talented and driven businesswomen came together and completely surrendered to all that we’d been feeling in 2020.

Sharing our battles and scars, but also our victorious stories.
❤️ Shedding a few tears over some of the disappointments of the year.
