My top 10 tips are:

1. Make sure your project is on purpose so that you stay motivated throughout the whole project.
2. Prioritise which projects are most important – what's revenue generating and what's business as usual?
3. Have realistic deadlines. Don't over commit! Think about if you need to create things from scratch or if you have the content you need.
4. Block out time in your diary.  Don't leave it to chance that you'll find time. Be deliberate with your time management and be output focused so you don't waste time.
5. Tell someone so that you're accountable.
6. Use a tool like Asana to manage your project and your team.
7. Get help from people with the skills you need. Don't try and do and be everything!
8. Create a system for your project and how you like to work and how you like to work with your team.
9. Refine the process
