- Have a place for everything
- Filling Structure / Location for important information
- One central location for your tasks
- Household tasks,
- Choose one thing every day, eg Kitchen/Bathroom/floors
- One load of washing
- Maintain

Get organised at the end of the day
- Plan for tomorrow
- Clean the kitchen bench etc.
Identify your Rhythm
- Are you an early riser or night owl?
Time Blocking
- Designing your day, your way
- Put in your non-negotiables first
- Identify your block categories
- Set your schedule in alignment with your rhythm
Find more time
- Wake up an hour earlier.
Remove Distractions
- Avoid checking your e-mails first thing
- Close all browsers / turn off notifications
- Calls can go to voicemail
- Boundaries for family *especially as we are working from home.
Delegate
- Identify the tasks you don't love to do.
- This will create space and time for you to be in your business where you can add the impact
Process | Systems | Automate
- Take a look at what you are doing and identify where
- Implement a system
- Create templates
- Refine your process
- Introduce automation
Just Say No
- If it's not a Hell Yes!!
- You don't have to justify why
