Getting Crystal Clear on Your Vision

Before diving into strategies and action steps, we need to get specific about what your “most powerful self” looks like. Instead of vague goals like “more success” or “better business,” paint a detailed picture:

  • What does your ideal day look like?
  • What kind of impact are you making?
  • How are you showing up differently?
  • What tangible results are you creating?

The more specific you can be, the easier it becomes to reverse engineer the path to get there.

The Three Pillars of Your Most Powerful Self

1. Focused Skill Building

Identify the ONE skill that would most dramatically impact your success in 2025.

Maybe it's:

  • Leadership capability
  • Content creation
  • Sales conversations
  • Systems and operations

Choose your focus area and create a concrete plan for mastery – including how you'll learn, practice and measure progress.

Remember: Fear and imposter syndrome are normal, but they don't get to drive.

  • What relationships will elevate your game?

  • How can you contribute value to these connections?
  • What events and environments will inspire growth?
