As part of the BBA online course and community experience I’ve had so many people ask me to run a retreat. So who am I to say no to creating a 5 star luxury Brand Builder’s Academy Retreat?

2020 is going to be an incredible one for so many of my amazing BBA ladies and this will just be another event and experience to support you to think bigger, play bigger and start to take you outside of your comfort zone and doing things in a different way.

This years #BBAluxretreat will be hosted in central Seminyak at the 5 star fully staffed, gated and private Villa.

The brand experience that I wanted to create was one of luxury, fun, creativity, learning and connection.  For those who know me, these are some of the values that have been the foundation for The Connection Exchange since 2014 and it’s exciting to bring these to life in this exceptional and unique retreat experience.

  Inclusions  

• Private transfer from/to Denpasar airport from your luxury villa in Seminyak
• 5 nights accommodation in your own luxury Villa room with ensuite bathroom (unless you have selected a share room)
• 5 breakfasts, 3 lunches at the Villa prepared by our private chef
• 1 x welcome dinner on our first night at the stunning La Lucciola beachside restaurant with a cocktail
• 2 x full-day business sessions (fun, tailored and fully interactive)
• Late check out of the final day for those who have late flights. You will be able to stay at the villa until 6pm on Monday 22nd June

BONUS INCLUSIONS

• 15min headshot session with Jessica Roberts from The Who Photography ????
• 1 x full body massages (this can be switched to an alternate treatment if pre-arranged)????

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Jessica Roberts from The Who Photography & Design will be offering 1-hour personal brand photoshoots for those who would like to take advantage of the setting as well as video shoots.  We will doing a session on videos for sales pages and websites so this may be a great opportunity to shoot this video whilst we're there.  This will be an additional cost that will be managed through Jess directly.

Our Villa complex is very private and quiet. It is attended to by 24hr security as well as housekeeping staff, chefs and kitchen staff, garden/pool attendants and of course our private butlers. As a mum who normally looks after everyone else, you will enjoy exceptional service and receive the pampering you deserve. All amenities you’d expect in a luxury complex are included such as complimentary WiFi, premium bathroom amenities and drinking water.

Twin Share (2 twin rooms available)
(Two large single beds included in one bedroom with private ensuite bathroom)

$2200 per person

Single Room (7 single rooms available)
(One large bed included in one bedroom with private ensuite bathroom)

$2,500 for one person

Payment Plans Available

A $600 deposit is required to secure your place payable by Monday 20th January.

Additional payments can then be made directly of $634 per month single room or $534 per month twin share for 3 months (Feb, March, April).

(Xero invoices will be sent monthly for these payments due within 7 days of invoice being received.)

There will be a wait list provided if we sell out.  If there are another 6 people confirmed then we will be able to take over the adjoining villa as well, but only if we have an additional 6 people confirm.

  What's not included in the Retreat Package?  

Flights to and from Bali (Denpasar international airport).

Travel insurance – this is compulsory. Suzanne Chadwick & TCX take no responsibility for personal accidents during the trip.

Free day
There will be a range of suggestions as to where you can go and what you can do that includes shopping, tourist attractions, cultural experiences etc.  You are also welcome just to hang at the villa and read a book, enjoy the pool or relax.

Saturday 20 June 2020

• 8am breakfast
• 9am – 12pm Business Session 1
• 12-1.30 Lunch at Villa catered by our private chef
• 1.30-4 pm Business Session 2
• 4pm onwards free time for the evening

Sunday 21 June 2020

• 9am – 12pm – Headshots with Jessica Roberts
• 9am – 12pm Suz will be available pool side for any additional questions or help that you need based on things we’ve talked about during the business days.
• 12pm leave as a group to head out for our long lunch (venue to be confirmed)
• 5pm bus back to the Villa. (For those who wish to stay on you can catch cabs back to the villa at your own cost)

Monday 22 June 2020

• 9am – wrap up and sharing session. This will be an opportunity to share what you need, ask any questions, make accountability commitments to the group – whatever  you like really.
• 12pm lunch at the villa.
• Conclusion of the retreat.
• For those with a late flight, late check out has been arranged and you are able to stay at the villa until 6pm (potentially later)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In order for this retreat to go ahead a minimum of 11 people will need to pay their deposit as I will be paying for the villa and additions upfront to secure the property for these dates.

Once 11 deposits have been paid, the retreat will be confirmed and the deposit will not be refundable unless another BBA student takes your place and replaces your deposit. There are no exceptions to this as I will have to pay the difference personally if anyone drops out.

If we do not get 11 confirmed attendees then your deposit will be fully refunded minus any credit card fees incurred if paying by cc.
