Let's talk about

You're doing well.

Your business is humming. You've got solid revenue coming in. People know who you are. Life's pretty good, yeah?

But let's be honest. You're stuck.

You've hit around $250K and nothing you're doing seems to move the needle anymore. You're working your butt off. You're showing up. You're posting content. And yet… nothing's shifting.

I see this over and over with women entrepreneurs all across Australia—Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane. They build something solid, and then they hit a wall they can't quite smash through.

But here's the thing nobody's telling you: it's not because you're not working hard enough.

It's not because you lack the skills. It's not because you need more visibility or more clients.

The real problem? You're trying to be everything to everyone. You've got too many offers. Too many price points. Too many different “versions” of what you do.

And that's the exact thing that's keeping you from breaking $250K.

Let me tell you what I did wrong.

How I Nearly Sabotaged My Own Business

When I started, I did what everyone told me to do. I created multiple products. Multiple services. Multiple offers.

Coaching packages. Courses. Group programmes. Workshops. 1:1 consulting. Done-for-you work.

I thought more options = more sales.

Spoiler alert: that's rubbish.

Here's what actually happened: potential clients landed on my site and had no idea what to buy. They'd message asking which package was right for them. Some would just disappear because I was giving them decision paralysis.

The people who did buy? They weren't always the right fit. I was attracting everyone from someone needing $500 coaching to someone needing a $50K brand strategy. I was serving no one particularly well.

And my pricing was all over the place. Some services were underpriced. Some were weirdly expensive for what they were. There was zero logic to it. I was just guessing.

Revenue was coming in, yeah. But I was shattered. I was literally running five different businesses inside one body.

Then a mentor asked me something that made me uncomfortable: “Who do you actually want to work with, and what's the actual transformation you're giving them?”

Ouch.

Because I realised I'd been saying yes to everyone instead of being clear about anyone.

Why $250K Is Actually the Ceiling (And What Everyone Gets Wrong)

Here's what I've learned working with women entrepreneurs across Australia and globally:

Around $250K, something weird happens.

You can get there through hustle. You can take on any client. You can offer a million things. You can charge less because you're just grateful for the work. When your offer is messy, volume kind of works.

But $250K? That's where messy stops working.

Try to scale beyond $250K with confused offerings and unclear positioning, and everything falls apart. You can't delegate because there's no system to delegate. You can't raise prices because you're not confident in what you're actually selling. You can't scale because you're stretched too thin trying to serve everyone.

And here's what everyone's telling you to do:

“Get more visible!” “Work on your messaging!” “Post more content!”

Nope. That's not the answer.

What you actually need is: Clarity. Simplification. Higher prices. Strategic support.

All of them. At the same time.

The Real Problem #1: Unclear Positioning

I ask women at this stage: “Who's your ideal client?”

They can usually answer that.

But then I ask: “What's the ONE transformation they're paying you for?”

And they start waffling.

“Well… I help them with their brand. But also their mindset. But also their business strategy. And their visibility. And their pricing…”

That's five different transformations mate. Your brain can't focus on five things. Neither can your client's.

The Real Problem #2: Too Many Offers

Because you haven't got clear positioning, you've ended up with too many packages. Too many service levels. Too many choices.

This is killing you. And confusing them.

When I cut mine down and created one clear path (Foundation → Scale), everything changed. I wasn't managing 47 different variations anymore. I was managing two clear journeys. Each one designed to take someone from point A to point B.

Fewer choices. Better decisions. Right-fit clients.

The Real Problem #3: You're Undercharging

Here's what I see with women at $250K:

You're charging way less than your actual value.

Not because you're not good. Because:

  • You're not confident in your positioning
  • You don't have proof that higher prices work for you
  • You're scared of what people will think (mindset stuff)
  • You're comparing yourself to other coaches instead of looking at your actual transformation

When I got honest about the transformation I was actually delivering, I didn't just bump my prices up a bit. I looked at what people were actually getting and raised them properly.

You know what happened? People still bought. Better people bought. People committed enough to invest.

The $250K wall doesn't break because you suddenly get 10x more clients. It breaks because you work with fewer clients at higher prices and deliver the same results (or better).

The Real Problem #4: You're Trying to Figure It Out Alone

This is the bit everyone skips over.

When you're in the middle of your own business, you can't see clearly. You're too close. Too emotionally attached to your offers. Too scared of what might happen if you simplify.

This is why I hired a business coach for women. Because I needed someone outside of my head to point out what was obvious but invisible to me.

That's when everything shifted.

What Actually Happens When You Get It Right

Once I got clear on who I served, simplified my offerings, raised my prices, and had proper support, things got interesting.

Real interesting.

The $250K barrier wasn't actually a barrier. It was just the point where the old system stopped working.

This is what happened:

✅ Better clients showed up (not everyone, just the right people)

✅ I charged what I'm actually worth

✅ Fewer clients, more money

✅ Time to actually think strategically instead of just grinding

✅ I could hire help because my model was clear

✅ I stopped burning out

This is how you go from $250K to $500K+. Not through more hours. Through clarity, simplification, and strategic pricing.

What Women Are Telling Me Right Now

I work with dozens of women entrepreneurs across Australia. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane. Coaches, consultants, service providers.

Here's what they say when they hit $250K:

“I'm making good money but I'm absolutely knackered.”

“I've got five different offers and I have no idea which one to focus on.”

“I know I'm undercharging but I'm terrified to put my prices up.”

“I'm stuck and I don't know how to break through.”

“I need help but I don't know what kind.”

These aren't problems. They're growing pains. Every woman who scales goes through this.

But the ones who actually make it through? They get support. They work with someone who understands positioning, pricing, and scaling.

They don't try to figure it out alone.

Real Women. Real Results.

Let me show you what's actually possible when you get proper support:

Client 1: From Chaos to Clarity Showed up confused with five different offers. Simplified her positioning. Got 160 new client enquiries. Went from “I don't know which to choose” to being able to select exactly who she wanted to work with.

Client 2: Quick Win Joined uncertain about her direction. After working through the framework, she tripled her profits within months. Her words: “I swear if it wasn't for this work, my business wouldn't have shifted the way it has.”

Client 3: Confidence Breakthrough Started anxious and scared about growth. Two weeks in, her anxiety dropped so much she said she couldn't have done it the other way. Playing bigger suddenly felt possible.

Client 4: The Jump Started unsure about strategy. Got clarity on what to do. She's now predicting to double her income by the end of the financial year. And she hasn't even implemented everything yet.

Client 5: Revenue Record Got clear on her messaging and offer. In her first month after implementing? Her best month ever. Now she's attracting premium clients and turning away work.

Client 6: Revenue Doubled Expanded into new services, kept existing revenue, doubled total take-home. Felt confident approaching new clients knowing she'd properly positioned herself.

These aren't magic. These are real women who got honest about what wasn't working, simplified their offer, raised their prices, and got support to execute.

The Truth About Breaking $250K

Stop listening to people who tell you the answer is more visibility.

Breaking $250K isn't about working harder. It's about working smarter.

Here's what it actually requires:

  • Get crystal clear on who you serve (stop trying to serve everyone)
  • Simplify your offers (not add more)
  • Charge what you're worth (not what feels safe)
  • Get strategic support (stop trying to figure it out alone)
  • Build a business model that doesn't need you to do everything

Most business coaches will tell you the problem is visibility. Or messaging. Or you need to post more.

That's part of it, yeah. But it's not the main thing.

The main thing at $250K is positioning, pricing, and strategic clarity.

And you can't get that from a generic course or by reading a blog. You need someone who actually understands women entrepreneurs. Someone who knows the specific blocks keeping women stuck at this exact level. Someone who'll help you simplify instead of adding more complexity.

That's exactly what we do.

Questions You're Probably Asking

Q: I'm in Australia but I've got international clients. Is this for me? A: Yes mate. I'm based in Melbourne but I work with women globally. I understand the Australian market but I'm not limited to it. You might be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or anywhere really.

Q: I'm at $150K. Should I wait? A: Nope. Come get the foundations right now. We've got Brand Builders Academy for building the proper foundations. Once you're solid and ready to scale properly, Amplify is your next step.

Q: But won't getting more visible fix this? A: Not on its own. If your positioning is fuzzy and your prices are wrong, visibility just amplifies the problem. You'll get more of the wrong clients at the wrong price. We fix the positioning first. Then visibility becomes powerful.

Q: How long does this actually take? A: Real changes happen in weeks. But proper transformation? That's a few months. That's why the programmes are designed the way they are. Quick wins plus ongoing support equals lasting growth.

Q: What if I raise my prices and lose all my clients? A: You might lose some clients. The ones who only came because you were cheap. And you'll attract better-fit clients who actually value the transformation. So yeah, you might have fewer clients. But significantly higher revenue. That's literally the whole point.

Q: How do I know if I'm ready for this? A: If you're stuck at around $250K, you've been there for ages, your offers are unclear, you're underpriced, and you're exhausted… this is for you.

Next step? Let's have a proper conversation about what's holding you back.
