1) Why creating a group program is a game-changer

First up, let's talk about why creating a group program or digital course is such a game-changer for your business. It's not about putting all your eggs in one basket, but rather having it as one of your revenue streams. For me, I've got speaking gigs, one-on-one coaching, and a range of online programs and memberships. This way, I can work with clients at different levels and help them solve different problems.

Plus, having a digital product means that people can buy from you even when you're not available for one-on-one work. It's a great way to allow more people to access your expertise and learn from you, even if they can't afford your premium services or if your schedule is fully booked.

2) The online education space is booming

Another reason to consider creating a group program or online course?

The online education space is absolutely booming! In 2020, it was estimated to be worth around $107 billion, and by 2030, it's predicted to be an $840 billion industry. That's insane growth, and it just goes to show that this is not a trend that's going away anytime soon.

People love learning on-demand and being able to access specific knowledge from experts they admire. By creating a digital product, you can tap into this growing market and reach a global audience, even if you're limited by time zones or availability for one-on-one work.

3) It's worth the time and effort

I know that creating a group program or online course can feel like a big undertaking, but I promise you, it's so worth it. When you wake up to notifications of new students joining your program or money hitting your account while you're on holiday, it's the best feeling ever!

Yes, it takes time and effort to design, map out, and create your program. But once you've done that foundational work, it becomes an asset in your business that can continue to grow and evolve over time. You can update and improve it as you go, and as your personal brand grows, so too will the reach and impact of your program.

4) Creating a group program gives you more time and freedom

Finally, I want to address one of the most common excuses I hear and that’s not having enough time to create a group program because you're so busy with one-on-one work.

Here's the thing: creating a scalable offer like a group program or online course is actually the solution to getting more time back in your business!

By being able to work with multiple clients at once and answer their questions in a group setting, you can be way more efficient with your time. Plus, having a passive income stream means that you're not always trading time for money and can earn even when you're not actively working.

So if time is what's holding you back from creating a group program, I want to lovingly call you out on that excuse. You're actually robbing yourself of more time and freedom in the long run by not investing in creating scalable offers.

Alright, my friend, that's the tea on why creating a group program or online course is such a powerful move for your business.
